DO I NEED MY OWN TRANSPORTATION TO THE ROUTE START?
No. You will rendezvous at a designated Metro station where our staging van will hand off your daily manifest and packages.
HOW HEAVY ARE THE TYPICAL PARCELS?
The majority of our foot deliveries are documents and small parcels under 10 lbs. You will never be assigned a single package exceeding 25 lbs.
DO WE OPERATE IN INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Yes. As a vital logistics provider, we operate rain or shine. You must be prepared with appropriate weather gear for year-round conditions.
HOW DOES THE PAY SCHEDULE WORK?
Walkers are paid weekly via direct deposit. Rates are calculated per successfully completed drop-off, with performance bonuses for dense route completion.
WHICH NEIGHBORHOODS WILL I COVER?
Routes are concentrated in high-density areas including Capitol Hill, Navy Yard, and Downtown DC. We prioritize assigning you to zones you are familiar with.
